Berk Atayman

I'm İlhami Berk Atayman, a computer scientist from Tekirdağ. I work on AI and digital transformation, with one rule: the technology has to solve a real business problem.

I joined Vodafone through its Discover Program in 2022, selected from thousands of candidates. Over two and a half years I worked across RPA, chatbots, AI and channel transformation, and led RPA and chatbot products that serve millions of users. Then came AB InBev, where I worked on business intelligence and an AI solution integrated with Salesforce.

Today I work at SITA in People Analytics & Solutions and Digital Transformation, designing and scaling AI-powered HR solutions, intelligent automation and AI agents. In 2026 I completed my MSc in Innovation Project Management at VŠCHT Prague, with a thesis on how people adopt AI and automation in HR.
